Business Manager – Accounting Office
We are a well-established and respected accounting firm seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Business Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of our office.
This is a key role within our firm, ideal for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and supporting a professional team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client billing, collections, and accounts receivable
- Process accounts payable and oversee vendor payments
- Maintain internal financial records and reports
- Provide back-office and administrative support to partners and staff
- Assist with workflow coordination and office operations
- Help ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day functioning of the firm
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in bookkeeping, office management, or accounting support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a CPA firm or professional services environment is a plus
