We're seeking motivated PRN Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) who bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for helping people move better - all within a supportive and collaborative therapy team.

As a PRN PTA with C4, you'll support patient progress by delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment under the guidance of licensed Physical Therapists. You'll use advanced tools, functional spaces, and hands-on skills to help patients get back to doing what they love.

Carry out treatment plans designed by supervising Physical Therapists

Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, functional tasks, and sportspecific progressions

Utilize turf, compact court, and weight room areas to enhance rehab outcomes

Communicate effectively with PTs, athletic trainers, and support staff

Provide an encouraging and engaging patient experience

Document accurately and efficiently

Float between C4 Chattanooga and C4 Cleveland as needed

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

BLS (CPR) certification preferred

Strong communication and customerservice skills

Ability to travel between C4 Chattanooga and C4 Cleveland
