Lead enterprise software sales processes

Work with customers and help better understand their needsExpand the company’s customer base and build lasting relationships with them

Establish a referral network with other businesses and find opportunities to maximize value with these connections

Assess the competitive landscape and implement changes to the sales program in response to competitor changes and industry standards

Implement a sales training and orientation program to educate new hires as the company grows

Manage sales pipeline

Familiarity with CRM platforms

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or another related field

3+ years of progressive enterprise software sales experience, achieving sales targets

Ability to operate alone in a territory with remote support.

Results-driven, and analytical skills with the ability to apply these to complex situations with competing priorities
