Position Overview
- Pay: $45,000 - $47,000 / year (Exempt)
- Location: Newberry, SC (100% On-Site / Multi-site coverage within a 25-minute radius)
- Schedule: Primarily Morning Shift (Flexibility for afternoons, evenings, and weekends required; operational needs run until 8:00 PM)
- Requirements: 3–5 years of supervisory experience (Janitorial/Facilities preferred), valid Driver’s License, proficiency in MS Office. BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities As our Assistant Account Manager, you will oversee essential janitorial operations across 6 regional sites in the Newberry area. You won't be doing it alone—each site features a dedicated Janitorial Operations Supervisor to handle day-to-day tasks, allowing you to focus on high-level administrative management and client satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Coach, motivate, and develop your Janitorial Operations Supervisor team and frontline support staff.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage employee scheduling, review timesheets, and maintain compliant personnel records.
- Budget & Quality Control: Track operational expenses, manage inventory, and conduct routine facility quality audits to ensure client satisfaction.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all facilities and equipment usage meet local, state, federal, and company safety guidelines.
What You Bring To The Team
- Experience: 3–5 years managing teams (prior experience as a cleaning service leader is a strong plus).
- Operational Acumen: Ability to organize productivity, staffing, and budget compliance plans.
- People Skills: A passion for employee relations, onboarding, and mentoring.
- Communication: Top-tier verbal and written skills for seamless client interaction.
- Tech & Logistics: Tech-savvy with MS Office and a valid Driver’s License to utilize the company vehicle.
