Monday-Friday. Typical hours 8am-2pm (depending on your grooming speed). We provide all shampoos, colognes and any extras
Responsibilities
- Perform professional grooming services including bathing, trimming, styling, and nail clipping tailored to each dog’s breed and individual needs
- Handle dogs safely and confidently using proper animal restraint techniques to ensure both pet and staff safety
- Assess each dog’s coat condition and skin health, recommending appropriate grooming treatments or veterinary referrals when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming station, ensuring all tools are sanitized and equipment is in excellent working order
- Communicate effectively with pet owners about grooming preferences, aftercare instructions, and any health concerns observed during grooming
Experience
- Prior experience in pet grooming is required
- Background in dog handling and training helps ensure safe and efficient grooming session
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for equipment or large dogs
