What You’ll Do
As a Part-Time Medical Assistant Instructor, you will provide high-quality instruction and clinical skills training to students enrolled in the Medical Assistant program. Responsibilities include demonstrating clinical and administrative procedures, supervising hands-on laboratory activities, and evaluating student competency through skills assessments and performance evaluations.
You will provide clear instruction, individualized support, and constructive feedback to help students develop confidence, competence, and professionalism in preparation for employment in healthcare settings.
Additional responsibilities include:

Preparing instructional and curriculum materials

Maintaining a safe, organized, and effective lab environment

Monitoring student progress and providing academic support

Reinforcing industry standards, safety protocols, and ethical practices

Collaborating with faculty and staff to ensure instructional consistency and student success

Supporting continuous program improvement efforts aligned with current healthcare industry standards

What We’re Looking For
Successful candidates will have:

A minimum of three years of experience working as a medical assistant in a healthcare setting
