CLINICAL DIRECTOR – ABA THERAPY PRACTICE
Sugar Land, TX | Full-Time | $90K–$110K DOE + Growth Potential
About Us
We are a growing ABA therapy practice in the Sugar Land area dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to children and families. Our team includes RBTs, BCBA interns, and a lead clinician — and we're looking for the right person to lead them all.
The Role
This is a hands-on clinical leadership position. You won't just carry a caseload — you'll own the clinical operation. You'll supervise RBTs, provide structured supervision hours to BCBA interns, mentor our lead clinician, and ensure quality and compliance across all active cases. As the practice grows, so does this role.
What You'll Do
- Provide clinical oversight across 12–15 active client cases
- Supervise and support RBTs through regular observation, feedback, and documentation
- Deliver structured supervision hours to BCBA interns in accordance with BACB requirements
- Mentor and provide accountability to our lead clinician
- Develop and maintain systems for quality assurance, session integrity, and compliance
- Collaborate with ownership on clinical strategy and practice growth
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for clinical concerns
What We're Looking For
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- 3–5 years of experience in ABA, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven experience supervising RBTs and supporting BCBA trainees
- A systems builder — you create structure, not just respond to problems
- Strong leadership presence; your team will look to you for guidance and calm
- Familiarity with BACB compliance standards and supervision requirements
- Experience in a clinic or home-based ABA setting preferred
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: $90K–$110K depending on experience
- Health insurance contribution
- Paid CEUs and license renewal support
- Generous PTO
- A true leadership role — not just a caseload with a title
- Direct partnership with ownership; your input shapes the practice
- Real growth potential as the organization expands
