Cleaner / Janitor – Houston, TX
Location: Houston, TXPay: $15.89/hourSchedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM as operational needs require
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Cleaners/Janitors to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized industrial facility. This position is physically demanding and requires individuals who can work in a dusty environment, perform repetitive cleaning tasks, and support facility operations through general housekeeping and material removal duties.

Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash throughout the facility

Collect, move, and dispose of trash and debris

Lift and maneuver trash bins weighing approximately 50–80 lbs

Dig out and remove accumulated grain, dust, and other materials from machinery and equipment as needed

Perform repetitive cleaning and housekeeping tasks throughout the shift

Follow all safety procedures, site policies, and cleaning protocols

Report maintenance issues, hazards, or safety concerns to supervisors

Use a two-way radio (walkie-talkie) to communicate with team members and supervisors

Assist with additional cleaning and labor tasks as assigned

Reliable transportation

Ability to work in a dusty industrial environment (not recommended for individuals with asthma or respiratory sensitivities)

Ability to perform physically demanding work, including repetitive bending, lifting, sweeping, shoveling, and standing for extended periods

Ability to lift and carry 50–80 lbs on a regular basis

Comfortable working 12-hour shifts and extended schedules as business needs require

Ability to communicate clearly using a radio

Flexibility to work day or night shifts and rotate schedules when needed
