Duties
- Provide high-quality hair styling services, including braiding, styling, and sew-in hair extensions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
- Engage in upselling products and services to enhance the client experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide innovative services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hair braiding with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Understanding of retail math to assist with product sales effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
