Job description:
TruCleans is a family-owned residential cleaning company based in Macedonia, Ohio, serving homes within about 30 miles, including Akron, Twinsburg, Hudson, Stow, and surrounding Northeast Ohio communities. We're growing and hiring reliable, detail-oriented cleaners. No experience required. We provide paid training and a clear path to advancement from day one.
Pay:
- $17/hr. + tips, your rate as a fully trained cleaner
- $19/hr. after 90 days ($2/hr. reliability incentive, paid weekly)
- Brief paid onboarding at $15/hr. for your first 2-3 weeks while you learn our system, then your full rate kicks in
- Performance raises every 6 months
- Team Lead and Trainer roles earn up to $22/hr.
- Full-time cleaners typically take home $650-$850+ per week with tips
- Paid at your full rate even during drive time between homes
- Weekly direct deposit every Friday. No waiting two weeks.

Your Schedule:
- Monday through Friday only
- Start time 8:30 AM. Most days end between 4:30 and 5:00.
- Occasionally a route runs later, never past 6:00 PM.
- NO nights. NO weekends. NO major holidays. Ever.
- Full-time (5 days) or part-time (4 days) available
What you'll do:
Work in a 2-3 person team (never solo) cleaning 1-3 residential homes per day using our proven system. Dust, vacuum, mop, scrub, and leave homes the kind of clean that customers genuinely notice.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to Macedonia, OH (44056) each morning
- Comfortable with active, physical work: on your feet, stairs, lifting 25-35 lbs
- Comfortable around pets and typical household environments
- Reliable attendance and a team-player attitude
- Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.
