What You'll Do
Your job is simple. You'll work in local neighborhoods introducing homeowners to our company and scheduling free roof inspections.
That's it.
You won't climb roofs.
You won't pressure homeowners.
You won't be expected to close sales.
You'll simply start conversations while our Roofing Advisors handle the inspections and sales process.

We Invest In You From Day One
Unlike many companies, we don't expect experience.
We expect effort.
During your first two weeks you'll receive paid training while learning our proven system.
You'll earn $50 for every completed inspection, up to $1,000 during training.
After training, you'll transition into our performance-based compensation program with the opportunity to earn bonuses for every signed authorization plus commissions on completed projects.
