We are seeking a dedicated Store Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Utilize POS system for sales transactions
- Upsell products to customers based on their needs
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Experience in stock management is beneficial
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable conducting product demos
- Familiarity with upselling techniques
- Basic math skills for accurate transactions
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Base Pay: $1,300.00 - $2,000.00 per month
