Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for customer accounts, providing exceptional service and support to ensure client success.
- Manage and update customer information using Salesforce or similar CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for account growth and retention.
- Coordinate project management tasks related to client onboarding, renewals, and ongoing support initiatives.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities for upselling, or areas needing improvement.
- Maintain clear communication channels with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to address inquiries promptly.
- Support the development of tailored solutions that meet client needs while aligning with company offerings in SaaS and financial services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, or sales within a SaaS or financial services environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools for tracking customer interactions and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively engage with diverse clients and internal teams.
