Overview
We’re looking for hospitality and customer focused Sales Associates with the ability to converse in English to quickly expedite customers at Dunkin' Ruggles Station Orange Line Stop! Mornings 5am to 1pm or after/evening shifts 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm. We are also hiring for other shifts at other Dunkin's in Boston.

Responsibilities Include:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent and expedient service throughout their visit.
- Rotate stations such as front and back of the resturant to maximize team performance; including on-the-go!
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Expedite service and upselling to enhance customer product tasting, satisfaction and sales.
- Follow training and continue to advance knowledge about product, promotion to create the best Dunkin' experience.
- Embrace speaking good English when engaging with customers and team to foster a colloaborative and inclusive culture.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean, welcoming environment that meets health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- English based and bilingual abilities are a plus for serving a wider community.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and POS operations. .
- Engergtic and positive approach for learning new skills related and contribution to our Dunkin' Logan Ruggles high performance culture.
