Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences in a fast paced yet casual setting. We aim to improve our overall experience and are looking for individuals who will help us make that local impact.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks to patrons following standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries promptly
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
Not Required ( Will Train )
- Previous experience in bartending and hospitality
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and retail math
- Proficiency with POS systems, preferably TOAST POS
- Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent multitasking abilities
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $17.00 - $35.00 per hour
