Customer Service Representative – Insurance Agency
Keenan Insurance is seeking an energetic, professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing independent insurance agency. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates well, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.
This position works directly with clients, prospective clients, and insurance companies to help customers protect what matters most.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Answer questions regarding insurance coverage, billing, and policy changes
- Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements
- Review clients' insurance needs and recommend additional products or coverage when appropriate
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve issues and service accounts
- Follow up with clients to ensure exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office
- Comfortable discussing insurance products and identifying opportunities to better protect clients
- Basic computer proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Property & Casualty insurance experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with exceptional customer service skills.
- Texas Property & Casualty license is a plus (or willingness to obtain one).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
