Bark City Pet Resort is a state-of-the-art facility and has been recommended by area vets. We provide high-quality services including pet lodging, fun doggie daycare, and grooming services.

The Inside Sales Representative will handle incoming calls from current and prospective clients, promote our award-winning services, book reservations, and ensure exceptional customer service. No cold calls!

Duties
· Answering incoming phone calls, voicemails, and emails in a prompt and professional manner
· Utilizing the company’s proven sales process which ensures overall success
· Providing accurate and concise information to clients utilizing the tools provided
· Handling reservation confirmations in a timely manner along with service changes & add-ons

Some inside Sales success preferred. Candidates who are successful in this position may have previous experience as a retail sales representative, sales associate, inbound sales representative, Hotel reservation agent, and phone sale representative.
