Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health
Location: Sugar Land and surrounding areas
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of our clients' homes. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting initial and ongoing patient assessments.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educating patients and families on health management and care procedures.
- Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Texas.
- Home health required.
- Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
