About the Role
As a Lead Industrial Maintenance Specialist, you will serve as a technical authority, ensuring maximum equipment uptime through advanced troubleshooting and proactive system optimization. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence by mentoring team members and implementing strategic improvements across our high-speed production lines.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical failures to minimize production downtime and enhance throughput.

Lead technical overhaul projects, restoring equipment to peak performance standards during planned maintenance windows.

Develop and document standardized troubleshooting procedures to elevate the technical proficiency of the entire maintenance team.

Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to execute continuous improvement initiatives and facility upgrades.

Maintain and optimize auxiliary systems, including air compressors, chillers, and water filtration units, to ensure reliable plant operations.

Champion safety protocols and best practices across the facility to foster a secure and efficient work environment.
Qualifications

6+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment, including project or team leadership.

Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.

Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting VFDs, servo motors, PLCs, and complex automation systems.

Skilled in the use of precision measuring tools and standard shop machinery.

Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve technical issues across departments.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite for reporting and documentation.

10+ years of maintenance experience with 6+ years in a leadership capacity.

Specialized technical knowledge of blow molding, injection molding, or high-speed packaging equipment.

Advanced fabrication capabilities, including welding (MIG/TIG/Stick) and machining.

Associate’s degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field.

Experience with industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet, Profibus, or CAN-bus.
