Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Roofing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will generate leads through door-knocking in residential neighborhoods and follow up on leads provided by our marketing department. This position is fully commission-based, meaning your success will depend on your work ethic and drive to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to generate leads for roofing services.
- Perform roof inspections, which will require climbing ladders and accessing rooftops.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with potential clients.
- Stay informed about our products and services to effectively communicate with clients.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with construction estimating and blueprint reading.
- Familiarity with construction sites and safety protocols.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and engage in physical labor.
- Knowledge of carpentry, concrete forming, and fabrication techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for project management and reporting.
- Must have a valid driver's license.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
