```Duties```
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool children.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
- Provide a variety of activities and materials that encourage curiosity, exploration, and problem-solving skills.
- Use effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive and safe learning environment.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate special events, field trips, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones.
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
