· Manage and grow the current customer base by establishing strong relationships along with offering an industry leading level of service.
· Create and manage new opportunities through introduction and qualification of new products, application technology, and equipment.
· Assist customers to establish performance standards and test methods favorable to ThreeBond product lines.
· Assist in providing technical service during new customer start-up operations.
· Explores alternatives to reach outcomes that gain customer support and acceptance.
· Ensure all customer communications are documented with email records and customer meeting minutes. Phone conversations should be followed up with an email or meeting minutes.
· Troubleshoot equipment and product issues with customers to ensure proper usage.
· Work closely with all departments to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
· Accurately report to the Sales Manager or the Assistant Sales Manager on their daily, weekly and monthly activity.
· Ensure sales targets are achieved.
· Accurately report the factors behind achieving/not achieving sales targets to the Sales Manager or the Assistant Sales Manager.
· Ensure sales forecasts are submitted in a timely and accurately.
· Accurately report sales forecasts and details of the sales increase/decrease factors to the Sales Manager or the Assistant Sales Manager.
· Update themes and new customer Leads timely in the CRM database.
· Work toward sales policy goal achievement.
· Ensure that the branch guidelines and requirements are followed.
· Complete all assignments, forms, procedures and company level data accurately and on time.
· Respond quickly to customer complaints and follow corrective action policy.
· Ensure themes are updated accurately and timely in the CRM database.
· Follow all instructions and directions given by all management in their reporting flow chart.
REQUIREMENTS:
· 4-year college degree preferred, with preference for experience in technical sales
· 3-5 years Sales experience is an asset
· Demonstrated Sales and prospecting skills industrial environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Self-motivated and able to work well independently
· Computer savvy, especially in Excel, Word and SAP
· Well organized, process driven, able to produce accurate and timely reports
· Valid driver’s license, clean criminal record, willingness to travel to support customer needs

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
