Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately and efficiently source, locate, and pull parts for retail and internal vehicle service needs.
- Inventory & Records: Maintain organized, up-to-date inventory records and keep current on product specifications and stock.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with service technicians, advisors, and management to ensure timely parts delivery.
- Customer & Team Communication: Handle inbound inquiries via phone and email with a professional, helpful demeanor.
What We Are Looking For
- Prior experience in automotive parts, counter sales, or inventory management preferred.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
