Fayette Country Homes is looking for a team player to join our Sales Team!
Key Responsibilities:
*Effectively Identify Customer's needs and assist in selecting the perfect home based on their desires and budget
*Obtain credit reports and complete the required documents for submissions to our Finance Department
*Follow up with existing customers and prospective customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
*Achieve sales goals
*Must have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working and talking to people
Qualifications and Characteristics:
*Professional demeanor and appearance
*Enthusiastic team player
*Creative problem solving
*Organized and timely
*Bilingual is a plus but not required
Income can range from $50,000-$100,000 Yearly with top earners earning over $150,000 a year.
