Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Floor support. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting our products and services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including in-store, over the phone, and through email or live chat.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions with precision.
- Demonstrate products and services to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services, driving revenue and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to safety and security standards.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues, including phone etiquette.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions, using this information to inform sales and customer interactions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
