Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of correspondence with customers via telephone and e-mail to communicate information regarding Warranties, returns, proof of deliveries, copies of invoices and credits.
- Handle customer complaints relating to invoices, shipping issues, warranties, quality, etc.; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Document all communication with customers regarding changes or additions to orders and credits
- Interact with all areas of the office and warehouse to facilitate the flow of order credits and billing to meet customer requests
- Use internal JD Edwards software system for all processing
- Other tasks as required
