Work Shifts
- Monday through Fridays 8am-4pm and 4pm-12am
- Tuesday 9:30am-2pm
- Saturday and Sundays 8am-8pm
- Saturday 8am-4pm and 4pm-12am
DCA (Direct Care Associates) help care for the individuals in our community based residential homes with their day to day lives and activities. This may include but not limited to:
Assist with transportation to appointments, community activities, and errands.
Medication Administration
Support meal preparation
Monitor and document clients' physical, emotional, and behavioral conditions.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy living environment.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and behavioral crises.
Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
Must-Haves
PA State Clearances
Valid driver's license
Social Security Card
First Aid/ CPR
GED/ Diploma
Current I step TB test and a Physical
