Carroll Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated Multi-Line Producer to drive new business growth across Commercial, Personal Lines, and Health & Benefits insurance. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys prospecting, providing risk management solutions, and building long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and develop new insurance opportunities within targeted industries and markets.

Build relationships through networking, trade associations, and community involvement.

Advise prospects and clients on insurance coverage and risk management solutions.

Collaborate with Account Managers and Marketing Specialists to design and present competitive proposals.

Close new business and coordinate premium collection.

Maintain ongoing client relationships and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional lines.

Partner with internal teams to support service needs and claims resolution.
Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Active Texas Property & Casualty License and Life, Accident, Health & HMO License.

Proven sales ability with a track record of closing business.

Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated with a professional presence.

College degree and/or professional designation preferred.
