American Traveler is seeking a Chemo Certified Oncology Infusion RN for an outpatient clinic position requiring at least 2 years of oncology experience and active ONS/ONCC chemotherapy certification.

Outpatient oncology infusion clinic setting

Patient population includes all oncology diagnoses, GI/GU diagnoses requiring infusion, OB fluids/nausea/vomiting regimens, migraine protocols, antibiotic infusions, and research protocols

Specialized procedures include BCG, cystoscopies, and intrathecal chemotherapy administration

Patient ratio of 1:7

Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5x8-hour shifts)

No weekend requirements

No on-call requirements

Floating required within scope to meet facility needs, including to nearby affiliate locations

Charting via Epic (Excellian); Epic experience required

Block scheduling can be accommodated

Active MN RN license required; pending license accepted

Current BLS certification required

Chemotherapy certification required (ONS or ONCC)

Minimum 2 years of oncology nursing experience required

Epic (Excellian) EMR experience required

First-time travelers will not be considered for this position

One supervisor reference required for consideration

Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible

Administer chemotherapy and infusion therapies to a diverse oncology and specialty patient population

Navy scrubs required

Free parking available in any unrestricted space

Candidates who previously worked at this facility as permanent staff or per diem must have been separated for at least 3 months from their last shift worked

Pre-start modules are required to be completed before the first day of work

RTO requests should ideally not exceed 5 days for the duration of the contract
