Jordan’s Home Remodeling is growing fast, and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated Remodeling Sales Consultant to help us continue delivering exceptional service to homeowners throughout Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan.
This isn’t a retail sales job. We need someone who can build trust, educate homeowners, and confidently guide them through remodeling projects from the initial consultation to a signed contract.

What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners using company-generated leads.
- Conduct in-home consultations and inspect project needs.
- Build relationships and earn customers’ trust.
- Prepare and present remodeling solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain communication throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with our production team to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale.
- Generate referrals and additional business opportunities.
- Represent Jordan’s Home Remodeling with professionalism and integrity.
Compensation
- 7% commission on collected contract value from company-provided leads.
- 10% commission on collected contract value for self-generated leads.
- $500 bonus for every $50,000 in monthly sales.
- Additional bonuses based on customer satisfaction, referrals, and performance.
- Unlimited earning potential with no commission cap.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred (remodeling, roofing, windows, HVAC, construction, or similar industries).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated with a competitive mindset.
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work evenings and occasional Saturdays to meet with homeowners.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and CRM software.
