We are seeking a Therapist/IIHS Lead for an in-person role with the IIHS team
We are searching for experienced therapists and seek those individuals who possess not only the professional experience, but also the personal and interpersonal characteristics needed to be successful in a challenging yet rewarding environment of working with IIHS children and their families. We are seeking individuals for a maximum of 20 hours per week up to $1100 per week depending upon experience and available caseload.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead an IIHS (Intensive In-Home Services) team
- Complete all required duties from the state service definition:
The team leader is responsible for the following:
a. providing individual and family therapy for each individual served by the team;
b. designating the appropriate team staff such that specialized clinical expertise is applied as clinically indicated for each individual;
c. providing and coordinating the assessment and reassessment of the individual’s clinical needs;
d. providing clinical expertise and guidance to the IIH team members in the team’s interventions with the individual; and e. providing the clinical supervision of all members of the team for the provision of this service. An individual supervision plan is required for all IIH team members exclusive of the Team Leader.
- Meet required billing targets and complete all documentation within assigned time frames.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, mental health or a related field/with LPC, LCSW or LCMHC; provisionally licensed individuals are encouraged to apply.
- Clinical supervision can be provided for provisional licensed individuals.
- A minimum of two years in a mental health/substance use setting working with the child/youth and family population desirable.
- Completion of AHA CPR course
Required experience:
- Mental health or substance abuse setting working with child and family population: 2 years
Pay: Up to $1,200.00 per week
