We’re hiring Class C Delivery Drivers to join our growing team.
Starting pay: $21.50/hour — with an increase to $23.25/hour after 90 days of satisfactory performance.
Schedule: Friday-Tuesday
Payday: Every Friday!
Location: Vernon, CA (Local Southern California routes — home every night!)

What You’ll Do
- Operate a pre-assigned route to deliver products safely and on time.
- Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure road safety.
- Verify accuracy and completion of route manifests.
- Safely off-load pre-loaded merchandise at each stop.
- Deliver to multiple customer locations each shift.
- Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. as part of daily duties.
- Be the friendly, reliable face of Nova Foods & Logistics at every stop.
What We’re Looking For
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year of delivery driving experience
- Experience with physical or outdoor work
- Reliable and customer-focused work history
- Must hold a valid Class C California Driver’s License
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed
Driving Record Requirements (Firm)
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No major driving offenses in the last 7 years, including:
DUI/DWI, reckless driving, refusal to test, leaving the scene of an accident, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, or at-fault fatal incidents
