The HR Generalist supports daily Human Resources operations in a fast-paced airline catering/food production and logistics environment. This role partners closely with operations leadership to drive key HR functions including employee relations, recruitment support, compliance, performance management, and workforce planning. The HR Generalist plays a critical role in supporting a diverse workforce while ensuring adherence to company policies, labor laws, and union agreements.
Work location: Onsite @ SkyChefs near Austin Bergstrom Airport-
Work schedule: Monday-Friday however, must be flexible to work non-traditional hours/schedule as business dictates including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
