Odd's Cafe is hiring 1-2 friendly, upbeat, hardworking, and unique Barista(s). Prior barista experience is preferred, but not required. This would be a full-time position (30-37 hours, 4-5 shifts a week). We are open from 7am to 7pm. Shifts run from 6am-2pm and 1:30pm to close (7:30pm usually).Open availability is required. And weekends are a must. At this time we are looking for a long-term employee who can learn and grow with us!
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a barista preferred or at minimum in a fast paced food service establishment
- Comfortable in a leadership role and/or determination to develop your skills as a leader.
- High integrity with a great attendance record; the longer you stayed in past jobs, the better
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Willing and able to work closely with a team.
- Enjoy fast paced work with a shot of chaos now and then
- All Odd's employees work a balance of morning and night shifts
- Availability to work weekends is required
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
