What You'll Do

Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive guest experience.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
Assistant Manager Responsibilities

Support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations.

Assist with staffing, scheduling, labor management, inventory, and food cost control.

Train, coach, and develop team members and Shift Leads.

Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development.
-
Help drive sales, operational performance, and team engagement.
Shift Lead Responsibilities
-
Lead and support team members during assigned shifts.
-
Help ensure efficient operations and an outstanding guest experience.

Assist with opening and closing procedures.
-
Support cash handling, training, and shift accountability.
-
Maintain company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Team Member Responsibilities
-
Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude.

Take customer orders accurately and prepare food according to standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.

Assist teammates during busy periods.

Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service.
Qualifications
-
Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Leadership experience is preferred for Assistant Manager and Shift Lead positions.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform the physical duties of the position.
