Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish), dynamic, and experienced Roofing / Remodeling Foreman to lead our skilled construction teams in delivering high-quality roofing and remodeling projects. As a key leader on-site, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate trades, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project timelines. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate roofing, siding installation, remodeling, and related construction activities on-site
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide project execution
- Ensure all team members adhere to construction safety regulations, including proper use of safety harnesses, ladders, and personal protective equipment
- Manage the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication tools to complete tasks efficiently and safely
- Oversee roofing repair projects including single-ply membrane roofing and metal roofing installations
- Conduct heavy lifting, masonry work, tile laying, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry work, plumbing tasks, framing carpentry including metal stud framing, concrete forming, restoration work, and welding as needed
- Interpret technical schematics and blueprints to ensure precise execution of construction plans while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in roofing installation and repair, remodeling projects or related construction fields with a strong understanding of roofing materials such as metal roofing and single-ply membranes
- 5-10 years experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Knowledge and experience with composite shingles, TPO, PVC, and nu-ray metal all series
- Skilled in carpentry, interpreting technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans
- Knowledge of construction safety protocols including harnesses, ladder use, heavy lifting techniques and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment and fabrication machinery safely and effectively
- Experience with siding installation (vinyl or other materials), stucco application or masonry work is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams on outdoor work sites while maintaining safety standards
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and interpreting technical instructions
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor labor over extended periods in various weather conditions
- Drivers license/method of transportation
