Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks that support the smooth operation of our warehouse. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to meet customer demands. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Operate warehouse equipment such as cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to move products efficiently.
- Perform order fulfillment tasks including picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management.
- Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments as needed.
- Participate in regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
Skills
- Capable of lifting or carrying objects over 50 pounds
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklift and pallet jacks.
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes within a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in picking and packing orders.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred but not required.
