Our team is seeking an energetic Verizon Sales Assistant who enjoys building relationships and helping customers discover wireless solutions that fit their everyday lives. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers, introducing them to Verizon Wireless products, mobile plans, device upgrades, and promotional offers.
As a Verizon Sales Assistant, you’ll receive hands-on training in customer engagement, sales strategy, and Verizon’s wireless product lineup. You’ll learn how to assess customer needs, recommend mobile solutions, and create a positive experience that builds long-term customer satisfaction. Role Responsibilities of the Verizon Sales Assistant
- Meet with customers face-to-face to discuss Verizon Wireless products, plans, and device options.
- Identify customer needs and recommend wireless solutions that align with their usage, preferences, and budget.
- Educate customers on current promotions, upgrades, and account features available through Verizon Wireless.
- Assist customers through the enrollment, activation, and purchasing process while maintaining a high level of service.
- Build rapport with customers and create positive experiences that encourage loyalty and referrals.
- Maintain accurate customer information and ensure all sales transactions are completed efficiently.
- Contribute to individual and team sales goals through consistent customer engagement and follow-up.
