About Us:
Kearny Buy Rite is a fast-growing neighborhood liquor store dedicated to providing excellent customer service, competitive pricing, and a wide selection of beer, wine, and spirits. We are looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated team members to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
* Assist customers in finding products and making recommendations
* Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
* Stock shelves, coolers, and displays
* Maintain store cleanliness and organization
* Check IDs and ensure compliance with all alcohol sales regulations
* Assist with inventory counts and receiving deliveries
* Help create attractive product displays and promotions
Qualifications:
* Must be at least 21 years old
* Previous retail, liquor store, or customer service experience preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
* Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
* Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits is a plus (training provided)
