Job Summary:
Westmoreland Manor, a premier Nursing Home in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse with Westmoreland Manor, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values patient care and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Administers medications and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitors resident's status and documents as necessary
- Provides direct patient care and assistance with daily living activities
- Collaborates with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintains accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing and current valid registration with Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners (license)
- Physical ability to do heavy lifting
- Successful completion of all levels of pre-employment screening and tuberculosis testing
