Boomerang Storage is looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Warehouse Team Lead & Auditor to run a critical part of our student storage delivery operation.
Before our trucks can depart to deliver storage back to local campuses, every single order must be perfectly pulled, sorted, and double-checked. You will be the "air traffic controller" of the warehouse floor—ensuring a small crew stays on task, every delivery truck is loaded accurately, and no student's items are left behind.

The Basics
- Start Date: ASAP (The week of July 27-31)
- Duration: 5 weeks (Seasonal push, done by Labor Day)
- Hours: 35–45 hours per week (some weekends required) Average start time 8am.
- Compensation: Weekly Pay (Direct Deposit available)
- Location: Based entirely out of our Ludlow, MA warehouse
- No Travel: 100% warehouse-based position.
What You’ll Do (The Role)
- Lead the Floor: Direct and coordinate a small team of 4–6 crew members who are actively pulling individual student storage orders from the warehouse stacks.
- Audit for 100% Accuracy: Personally double-check and audit every order pulled by the team to ensure it is completely accurate before handing it off to the truck loaders.
- Troubleshoot on the Fly: Act as the point person for any discrepancies—investigating missing items, tracking down misplaced boxes, and accurately noting any damaged items or unique inventory scenarios.
- Maintain the Flow: Keep the line moving efficiently so trucks are loaded on schedule and delivery crews can depart on time.
What We Are Looking For
- Leadership Experience: Ability to confidently direct a small crew, keep people on task, and maintain a positive, efficient workflow.
- Obsessive Attention to Detail: You are the final line of defense against mistakes. You need to be methodical and precise.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Comfortable using a bit of detective work to troubleshoot inventory numbers or missing pieces.
- Physical Capability: While this is a leadership and auditing role, you must be able to safely lift 50+ lbs on occasion when stepping in to help the crew.
- Reliability: Dependable transportation to our Ludlow warehouse every morning and a commitment to the full 5 week stretch.
