Mid-Ohio Behavioral Health provides outpatient behavioral health services to children, adolescents and adults in Southeastern Ohio. We currently have an opening for a full-time LPN.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Gathers client information for doctors and nurse practitioners to aide in proper diagnoses and treatment
- Develops treatment plans in conjunction with client, doctors and nurse practitioners with respect to pharmacologic services
- Engages families in active and informed participation of pharmacotherapy services. Assures clients and families are involved in and informed of any medication changes prior to administering medications
- Coordinates with Case Managers, doctors and nurse practitioners to provide support for clients and families
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor and indirect supervisors
- LPN with behavioral health experience preferred but not required. Must have interest in working with behavioral health population.
- Job requirement includes working with behavioral health population; completing assessments, drug testing, injection administration, and etc.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Works under the direction of the Nurse Manager and Psycho/Pharm Nurse Director, shall assist the psychiatric/nurse practitioner in the management of client wellness and care.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Ohio Board of Nursing license

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
