Landscape Foreman
Green-Go Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman to join our team. This is a year-round, full-time position for an individual with strong leadership skills, extensive landscape construction experience, and the ability to lead crews while maintaining Green-Go Services' high standards of quality and professionalism.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of landscape foreman, landscape construction, drainage, or irrigation experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Clean driving record & background
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to read & execute site plans
- Ability to work independently or lead a 2–5 person crew
Required Experience & Skills
Drainage & Irrigation
- Minimum 3+ years of drainage installation and troubleshooting experience
- Diagnose and repair drainage system issues
- Troubleshoot and repair irrigation and sprinkler systems
- Install and repair valves, controllers, wiring, and irrigation components
- Identify and resolve issues on-site with minimal supervision
Landscape Construction
- Grading and site preparation
- Planting flowers, trees, shrubs, hedges, and sod
- Landscape bed installation and renovation
- Mulch, gravel, and soil installation
- Landscape and outdoor lighting installation
- Hardscape and landscape improvement projects
- Commercial and residential landscape construction
Landscape Maintenance
- Pruning and trimming trees, shrubs, and hedges
- Weeding, raking, and general landscape bed maintenance
- Lawn care and general property maintenance
- Maintaining professional appearance and quality standards on all job sites
Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise landscape construction crews
- Coordinate daily job site activities and production goals
- Train and mentor crew members
- Communicate project progress and job site needs with management
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to Green-Go Services standards
- Maintain productivity, efficiency, workmanship, and accountability on every project
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and performing physical labor for extended periods
- Ability to safely operate and work around construction equipment, trailers, and landscape tools
