Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Busser to join our team. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our restaurant. Your main responsibility will be to assist the waitstaff and maintain a clean and organized dining area. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently - Assisting waitstaff with drink refills and food delivery - Removing used dishes, silverware, and glassware from tables - Cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and dining area - Refilling condiments and restocking supplies as needed - Assisting in food preparation and handling as required - Providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries or requests promptly Qualifications: - Previous experience in the catering, hospitality, or food industry preferred - Knowledge of bussing procedures and restaurant operations is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude - Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures - Must be able to lift heavy trays or objects when necessary Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Opportunities for career growth within the company - Employee discounts on food and beverages If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a dynamic restaurant environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
