We are seeking an energetic and motivated BDC Sales Representative to join our dynamic automotive sales team. Duties
- Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and in person to promote vehicle sales and dealership services
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by prospecting new clients through cold calling and outreach efforts
- Conduct effective negotiations to close deals, upselling additional products or services to maximize revenue
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Support the sales team by coordinating inventory management and ensuring accurate vehicle information is communicated
- Assist with marketing initiatives by promoting dealership specials and events to attract new clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales within the automotive industry or related fields
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end deals
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
- Experience in dealership operations, inventory control, or automotive sales is preferred
- Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately for pricing and deal structuring
- High energy, proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
