Our well-established business is looking for an extremely motivated and hardworking full-time District Sales Manager in Los Angeles, California to sell street furniture advertising space on benches to local businesses. Compensation & Schedule
Our pay structure is competitive, and performance driven. We offer a minimum guaranteed salary of $50,000 for the first 12 months while getting established in the role, with the built-in incentive to earn more with commissions. A successful sales rep will bring in long-term earnings of $100,000+ and there is the opportunity for continued growth. This position works predominantly remotely from your home office alongside fieldwork in your local territory. The schedule is Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Position Overview
Based out of your home office the role is to find local advertising clients through networking and cold calling (in person, phone call, and email). Focusing on small businesses like dentists, restaurants, real estate agents, lawyers, etc. Candidates must be comfortable with cold calling and approaching local businesses. This is how you will generate the majority of your sales. For a 1-year agreement including artwork at $249 for a bench - our signs are one of the most cost-effective ways for local businesses to communicate with potential customers in their area!

Territory
The sales territory will be throughout LA Northwest Los Angeles, including the areas of Studio City, Valley Glen, Panorama City, Sun Valley.
Knowledge of this area and the local businesses in it will be an asset, along with fluency in Spanish.
Our ideal candidate:
- Lives in Los Angeles in one of the areas mentioned above, with access to all the advertising benches and shelters in the territory
- Ability to learn new software like Salesforce, our internal database, navigating Google Maps, and other internet-based tools
- Willingness to use our low-key, low-pressure sales approach, and follow our proven sales techniques
- Well organized, charismatic, self-motivated, and hard-working
- Valid Driver’s License and ownership of an insured vehicle
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Someone who is looking for a career - not just a job
- Advanced computer and technology skills
- Easily coachable and enjoys learning
