PAY RATE
Min Rate $30.38/hrly Max Rate 40.22/hrly- DOE
UNCERTIFIED DEPUTY PAY: New hire - No experience
$29.21 .
CERTIFIED DEPUTY PAY: Upon successfully completing the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy.
$30.09/hrly
DEPUTY I -100 hours of advanced training and 2 years Law Enforcement experience.
$33.47 hrly
DEPUTY II - 250 Hours of advanced training and 4 years of Law Enforcement experience.
$36.84/hrly
DEPUTY III - 500 hours of advanced training and 5 years of Law Enforcement experience.
$40.22/hrly
LONGEVEVITY : The longevity, experience and physical fitness incentive pay is earned by completing unbroken, consecutive service with Lincoln County Sheriff's Office and passing annually, the fitness standard test. This longevity experience, and physical fitness incentive pay applies to all certified sworn law enforcement, employed by the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office except the Sheriff and Undersheriff.
*Return after broken service restarts the counter for the incentive pay.
