Paraprofessional – Classroom Support
Location: Kiddie Academy Rutherford U-Pre K Expansion
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $25,000 per year + $1,000 Bonus
Job Summary Kiddie Academy of Rutherford is seeking caring, dependable, and motivated Paraprofessionals to provide classroom support to teachers and students. This position plays an important role in creating a positive learning environment and helping students succeed academically and socially.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students
- Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with daily classroom activities
- Support students with academic and behavioral needs
- Help prepare instructional materials
- Supervise students during classroom activities and transitions
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by the classroom teacher or school administration

Salary: $25,000 annually + $1,000 Bonus following a district calendar (approximately 10 months)
