Wynn's Market is a family-run grocery store and purveyor of fine foods. We have been serving the Naples community since 1938, featuring fine gourmet food, including special order cuts of meats and cheeses, fine wine and beverages, our ‘from scratch” fine bakery and a deli that features international delicacies, American classics and Wynn Family favorites from Annie Wynn’s own recipes.
Bakery Associate
Your primary responsibility will be to amaze every customer each time they come in with excellent customer service. You will be assisting our guests with product selection, making recommendations, answering the customers’ questions about our products and also weighing/packaging and pricing product items.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively assist customers with all requests
- Perform closing tasks assigned by the department leader
- Maintain work space and inventory through proper cleaning, organization and stocking merchandise
- Assist other team members in achieving the goals of the department and the store
- Assist guests with product selection, make product suggestions, and answer guest questions regarding products
- Weighing, packaging, and pricing items
Qualifications include:
- · Minimum 2 years of retail/food service experience
- · Ability to read, write and speak English
- · Excellent Customer Service Skills
- · Able to work flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays
- · Able to pass drug and background checks
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- Requires the ability to reach, bend, balance, lift and transport various objects weighing up to 30 pounds with a maximum weight of 50 pounds. Requires the ability to move heavy product with assistance
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
