Responsibilities-

Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building as directed

Adhere to detailed Site specific cleaning task list

Manage upkeep of exterior areas, sidewalks, and garbage cans

Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
- Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up
-
Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
-
Ensure exam rooms/suites are maintained and fully equipped
- Troubleshoot and replace defective supply dispensers
-
Troubleshoot issues with cleaning equipment as necessary

Handle weekly supply inventory and ordering
Skill Requirements-
-
2+ years janitorial experience preferred

High school diploma/GED highly desired
-
Ability to successfully complete industry technical and safety training courses

Willingness to work early morning or late night shifts
-
Ability to work well under minimal supervision

Capacity to take direction

Strong attention to detail

Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary
